We are shifting our professional learning to create authentic experiences in online education for early childhood professional development by shifting away from face-to-face engagement with our community in order to create the following:

• Early childhood professionals and teachers provide online mentoring.

• Online workshops for early childhood educators on cultural competency

• online workshops on cultural competence for corporations and not-for-profit organizations.
